Hong Kong Voter Information Enquiry System

The 2021 Final Registers of Electors for Geographical Constituencies and Functional Constituencies were published on 29 October 2021.

The 2021 Subsector Final Register was published on 5 August 2021. Starting from the 2022 voter registration cycle, the Final Registers will be published annually in September.

You may search this website to see if you are a registered elector and your existing registration particulars in the above registers. If you have submitted an application for voter registration or change of registration particulars, you may check your latest registration particulars for the purpose of compilation of the next registers as and when the Registration and Electoral Office has successfully processed the application.

“Online Voter Information Enquiry System” (OVIES) only allows an elector to check his or her own registered particulars. Anyone who checks another elector’s registered particulars through the OVIES without the latter’s prior written consent may contravene the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

For registered electors who wish to provide/update their e-mail addresses with the Registration and Electoral Office, please click here to visit the GovHK website. The e-mail addresses will be provided to the candidates of the constituencies concerned for the purpose of sending election advertisement. The candidates may choose to send election advertisement via e-mail in lieu of hardcopy.

If you are not yet a registered elector and wish to apply for registration, or if you wish to update your electoral particulars such as your residential address, telephone and fax numbers.

Please send in a completed “Application for New Registration/Report on Change of Particulars by an Elector in a Geographical Constituency” (REO-GC), together with an address proof (applicable for (i) change of residential address; and (ii) new voter registration effective from 1 May 2022), by post (13/F, Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre, 1 Trademart Drive, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong), by fax (28911180), by email (form@reo.gov.hk) or by uploading to the scanned copy at the Registration and Electoral Office Online Upload Platform (www.reo-form.gov.hk).

Or if you have a valid digital certificate issued by a recognized certification authority, you can also make an application for voter registration or updating of electoral particulars on-line via the GovHK website in accordance with the existing electoral regulations. Purpose of Collection:
** The personal data provided by you will be used by the Registration and Electoral Office (“REO”) for the purpose of processing your enquiries.
** Your enquiry may also be used for the compilation of statistics on the number of enquiries received by REO. The outcome of the resulting statistics will not be in a form that will identify your enquiry and any of your personal data.
** The provision of your personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide sufficient information, REO may not be able to process your enquiries.

Classes of Transferees:
Where necessary, the information provided by you may be provided to other authorized departments/organisations/persons for the purposes of voter registration and election under relevant Ordinances and/or subsidiary legislations and all purposes related thereto.

Access to Personal Data and Enquiry:
You have a right to request access to, and to request the correction of, the personal data and other related information you provided in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Such requests and enquiries should be made in writing to the Electoral Registration Officer at 10th Floor, Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
