How To Register As A Voter?

** Download the application form and fill out 3 copies manually. But don’t affix your signature yet.
** Wear your face mask and face shield.
** Sanitize your hands and pass through the foot bath.
** Accomplish the Health Declaration Form and sign your application form with your own pen.
** Follow physical distancing requirements.
** Sanitize your hands before and after using the signature pad and fingerprint scanner.
** Take off your mask and shield only for photograph-taking during the capturing of biometrics data.
** Leave the COMELEC premises at once after the transactions.

Required Documents

Voter Registration and Transfer of Registration:
For First Time Voter Registration or for Transfer of Registration, bring one or more of the documents
** Postal ID;
** PWD Discount ID;
** Student’s ID or Library card;
** Senior Citizen’s ID;
** Driver’s License;
** NBI Clearance;
** Passport;
** SSS/GSIS ID
** IBP ID;
** PRC License;
** NCIP Certificate of Confirmation; or
** any other valid ID.

If the ID does not state the place of residence, the Election Officer may ask for more supporting documents.

Change/Correction of Entry:
For cases of name change due to marriage, order of the Civil Registrar or Consul General, bring the original or Certified True Copy of any of the following:

** Certification by the solemnizing officer;
** Marriage contract or court order with certificate of finality;
** Order by the Civil Registrar or Consul General.

For other types of application, bring one or more of the above-mentioned ID/documents.
